Stepin Consulting operates as an ecosystem sister company affiliated with iFluids Engineering (established 2015) and Stepin Engineering.

2. Scope of Services

Stepin Consulting provides professional services including, but not limited to:

Career Consulting & Advisory: Professional 1-on-1 career strategy, engineering career roadmapping, technical assessments, and interview coaching for individual engineers.
Resume & Profile Engineering: Professional formatting, content auditing, and ATS optimization of technical CVs.
Manpower & Staffing Solutions: Sourcing, screening, and providing contract or permanent engineering personnel to corporate EPC and industrial clients.
Corporate Screening SLA: Third-party technical competency evaluations of engineering applicants.

3. Advisory Nature of Consulting Services (Disclaimer)

Our Career Consulting, Resume Engineering, and Mock Interview sessions are designed to impart industry-grade technical guidance, market intelligence, and resume refinement based on engineering best practices.

While we actively assist qualified candidates with client referrals and inclusion in our verified talent roster, Stepin Consulting does not sell, guarantee, or promise employment, job offers, or specific compensation packages from third-party employers or government bodies. Hiring decisions rest solely with prospective employer organizations.

4. Booking, Pricing & Payment Processing

All consultation packages, advisory rates, and corporate SLA fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are clearly displayed on our Pricing page. All fees are inclusive of applicable statutory taxes unless stated otherwise.

We utilize Razorpay as our authorized third-party payment gateway partner for processing online payments (UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Net Banking). By submitting payment details on our website, you agree to:

Authorize Razorpay and our merchant account to debit the indicated package amount.
Provide accurate, current, and complete billing and contact information.
Comply with Razorpay’s end-user terms and relevant banking authentication protocols (e.g. 3D-Secure, OTP).

5. Rescheduling, Cancellation & Refunds

All cancellations, appointment reschedules, and refund requests are governed by our dedicated Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms:

Consultation sessions may be rescheduled without penalty up to 24 hours prior to the booked time slot.
Cancellations requested 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website—including logos, trademarks, design elements, texts, graphics, rubrics, and documentation—is the intellectual property of Stepin Consulting and its ecosystem partners, protected by Indian and international copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or commercial duplication is strictly prohibited.

7. User Conduct & Confidentiality

Users agree not to record, reproduce, or publicly redistribute video consultation sessions or proprietary assessment rubrics provided during 1-on-1 sessions without explicit written authorization from Stepin Consulting. Stepin Consulting agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all candidate resumes, corporate briefs, and personal identifying information.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Stepin Consulting and its directors, consultants, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or website. In any case, our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific consultation session or service in dispute.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any contractual disputes arising out of or related to our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal proceedings or disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
