How soon will my session be scheduled after payment?

Upon successful payment via Razorpay, our advisory desk will dispatch a calendar scheduling link to your email within 12 to 24 hours. You can choose any convenient slot that suits your schedule (including evening and weekend slots for working professionals).

What if I need to cancel or change my appointment?

You can reschedule your appointment free of charge at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations requested before 24 hours of the scheduled time are eligible for a 100% refund, credited directly back to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days.
